Matt Tracer came to Colorado in 1990 to attend the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. He earned his undergraduate in Biology and graduate degree in Educational Technology.

After earning is graduate degree, Matt has been an entrepreneur all of his professional career. Utilizing his degree, he founded a training center... and shortly after his company won the bid to do all the continuing education technology training for Colorado State University's Division or Educational Outreach. Matt's biggest success was developing and teaching one of the first Webmaster programs in the country starting in 1997. During this time, he also owned and managed a web development company, serving over 100 clients.

In 2003, Matt left the technology world to become a restaurateur. Matt owned two franchise restaurants in Greeley and Fort Collins. He was also a franchise area developer, selling and overseeing development of the franchise in Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota. During Matt's time as a restaurateur, Matt served on the board of directors for the Colorado Restaurant Association.

In 2008, Matt earned his real estate license. In his first full year as a Realtor, Matt was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2009 for his service by the Greeley Area Realtor Association.

Although Matt is based in Greeley, he has always serviced all of Colorado. Matt believes that real estate is about selling real estate, not about selling a town. In other words, he believes it is all about finding the right home.

When Matt is not selling real estate, you can find him skiing. Matt's favorites are Breckenridge, Steamboat, and Crested Butte... to name a few. In the summer you can find him camping in Estes Park or the Poudre Canyon.
